Middle Segment Construction to Begin Early 2025
The City of Memphis is taking construction bids in October 2024. After bids are received, they will be evaluated by the City and TDOT and a contract will be awarded. That process will take a few months, and construction is scheduled to begin in early 2025. Construction of the Middle Segment is planned to take 21 months.
